This stunning house is designed by Willa Nordic for Turo family. They created the house with using interesting materials and their combinations. It become a house of dreams for the family with great views of the lake near by. Even though it is designed in modern and clean style, natural materials makes the place cozy as inside as outside. The raw concrete alternate with natural wood everywhere in the interior and their combination looks quite interesting. The furniture is relatively simple and adds minimalist touch to the interior. Although there is everything necessary for comfortable living.

This house was restored and rebuilt with saving of some original elements. The designer used a lot of steel and wood and stone for the walls. All the interiors were made in neutral tones: dark or light grey, white, beige, natural wood and even black cabinets in the kitchen or red seats don’t look aggressive. The style is minimalistic, there is nothing unnecessary, all the attention is concentrated on the light and fresh space. The furniture is cozy and simple, rather low. Here you’ll see that even the tables have wheels to move them outside if you like or to change their position. The family room is fantastically comfortable – it’s a huge zone lower than the floor itself, there is a big sofa with pillows and a comfortable low table of natural wood. What else can a person need for watching a film in his or her friends’ company? The designer created a calm and relaxing house to live in.

This is a complete renovation of Xaio-Yen House in San-Francisco. The design is absolutely modern, the architects decided to make the plan of the house more open. The natural light was maximized due to giant windows. I like the study where there is a traditional table and cabinet and an absolutely futuristic chair of white and red plastic. This combination looks really cool! The furniture used is mostly modern; the color scheme is calm – beige, white, natural wood. I love the space right under the roof – it’s a private zone with a hot whirlpool. It’s a fantastic place to relax after a hard day and the owners are hidden from the neighbors. Studio Craig Steely Architecture made their best to make the house modern and functional.

This loft was built by In Situ Architects in Brasov, Romania. Cetuita Loft is n open space with a wonderful view on the mountains and the historical center of the city. On the first floor there is a kitchen, a dining room and some other rooms, office and a hall. On the second floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom and a storage. The stairs are all made of wood and the rails are made of glass. The interior design is modern, minimalist with lots of light. Thanks to the glass rails, big windows and partly glass floor the house looks airy. Various bright colors like chocolate brown, green or lilac make the house look lively and inviting. The lights in the bathroom can be changed according to your mood.

Bernal Height Residence By SB Architects is an amazing contemporary house built on a 2,100 square feet sloping site. The site gave designers an idea to build a focal stair core wrapped by private areas. The main living spaces are located on the top floor so they feature dramatic views of the San Francisco skyline and gather a lot of natural light. The corner location and internal spacial organization created an exterior expression that broke free of horizontal restraints to create a blend of strong horizontal and vertical lines punctuated by a cantilevered roof. The interior of the house and especially of private areas looks very cozy.
